Requirements
Lead high-impact strategic projects end to end, from business projections and implementation planning to tracking success and defining the KPIs that measure it.
- Combine qualitative research and quantitative analysis to improve current business processes.
- Spot functional, regulatory, and technical gaps, and launch projects to close them.
- Anticipate risks and put practical mitigation strategies in place.
- Partner with teams and senior stakeholders across the organization to roll out projects smoothly and keep everyone aligned.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Project Manager or PMO role, with a proven track record of managing stakeholders.
- Insurance industry experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, paired with a proactive, hands-on, results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
