- PMO Intern
, that will grow with us by
- Assist in monitoring project progress, timelines, and milestones.
- Update project trackers, reports, and project documentation.
- Collect and consolidate project updates from related departments.
- Assist in tracking project issues, risks, and action items.
- Support project meetings, including preparing materials and meeting minutes.
- Follow up with PICs regarding project updates and pending tasks.
- Assist in project data analysis and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from
- Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Management, or related fields
- Interested in
- Project Management, Project Control, and Project Coordination
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
