PPIC

Qualifications

• Stable employment history is preferred.
• D3/D4/S1 in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of PPIC experience in a plastic packaging manufacturing company.
• Familiar with ERP systems.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good understanding of production planning and inventory control.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

• Create and monitor production plans based on customer demand and inventory levels.
• Prepare and control production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales to ensure smooth production flow.
• Maintain accurate production planning and inventory data in the ERP system.
• Analyze production capacity and identify potential shortages or delays.
• Prepare PPIC reports and support continuous process improvement.
