PPIC

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly production plans and supervise weekly and daily control.

Analyze production plan by calculating the data of demand, production capacity, delivery planning, warehouse capacity, and other matters having significant impact to ensure the production runs timely and accurately matched with demand.

• Providing requests for samples of products resulting from the production scale process from the sales department
• Ensuring accuracy of product movement both internally and externally.
• Forecasting of all materials for procurement.
• Monitoring inventory of raw materials, finished products and spare parts
• Monitoring the arrival of raw materials

Prepare material procurement plans for the production process according to forecasts from sales by looking at the condition of raw material stocks in the warehouse

Develop and maintain strong, reliable relationships with stakeholders, such as Sales Support, Procurement, Production, QC/QA, Engineering, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years experience working in production planning and inventory control.
• Experienced in the Manufacturing industry
• Strong leadership and good project management skills.
• Detailed and accurate in work, have strong understanding in inventory management and demand management.

Have good skills in analyzing, planning, negotiating, and solving problems as well as being proactive in operations to achieve company targets.
