What You Will Do
- Prepare and monitor production plans based on sales forecasts, demand, and inventory levels
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, R&D, and other relevant teams to ensure production plans are aligned with business needs
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with Purchasing to ensure materials are available according to production requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and material usage to prevent shortages or overstock
- Track production progress and identify potential delays or supply issues
- Maintain accurate production planning, inventory, and material data in the system
- Analyze sales forecasts and inventory data to anticipate production and material requirements
- Support capacity planning and production scheduling
- Prepare regular reports related to production planning, material availability, and inventory
- Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy, inventory efficiency, and overall operational processes
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in
- PPIC / Production Planning / Supply Chain
- , preferably within FMCG or manufacturing
- Good understanding of production planning, inventory management, and material planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data and numbers
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under deadlines
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP / inventory management systems is a plus
