- PPIC Staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production plans based on customer demand and production capacity.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales to ensure smooth production flow and on-time delivery.
- Monitor raw material, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure material availability for production and coordinate with Purchasing to prevent shortages.
- Track production progress and resolve scheduling or material-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain production planning, inventory, and delivery reports.
- Analyze production performance and recommend improvements to planning and inventory control processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma III in Engineering.
- Conversational English proficiency.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC within the Japanese machinery manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and material requirement planning.
- Familiarity with Japanese manufacturing practices, including Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
