PPIC staff (SCM Marketing)

About the role

PT Panasonic Gobel Energy Indonesia (PECGI) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced PPIC staff (SCM Marketing Dept) to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing and communications initiatives, with a focus on supply chain management. The position is based in our Cibitung District, Bekasi, West Java office.

• What you'll be doing
• planning and scheduling production
• controlling and monitoring raw material and finished goods inventory
• coordinating with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams
• ensuring material availability according to production needs
• generating periodic production and inventory reports
• inputting and managing data into the system (Oracle/Excel)
• What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management Administration, Information Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistic, and Mathematics and Science. fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Minimum 500 of TOEIC score or another English Proficiency Test which equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Oracle, SAP
• Basic understanding of production planning and knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
