PPIC & Warehouse Logistic Manager

About the role

This role involves developing and managing production plans and schedules (MPS/MRP) based on sales forecasts, outlet demand, and B2B orders in coordination with Sales, Production, and Purchasing. You will lead warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch, with proper FIFO/FEFO and temperature control for chilled and frozen products. You will manage distribution and delivery to outlets and B2B customers, including fleet or third-party logistics arrangements, routing, and delivery schedules. You will establish and implement PPIC and warehouse SOPs, stock-taking procedures, and inventory accuracy controls as part of the factory launch.

Key responsibilities

Develop and manage production plans and schedules (MPS/MRP) based on sales forecasts, outlet demand, and B2B orders, in coordination with Sales, Production, and Purchasing

Plan material requirements and control inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to minimize stockouts, overstock, and waste

Lead warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch, with proper FIFO/FEFO and temperature control for chilled and frozen products

Manage distribution and delivery to outlets and B2B customers, including fleet or third-party logistics arrangements, routing, and delivery schedules

Establish and implement PPIC and warehouse SOPs, stock-taking procedures, and inventory accuracy controls as part of the factory launch

Monitor and report KPIs such as schedule adherence, inventory accuracy, inventory turnover, stock days, on-time delivery, and expired/waste goods

• Ensure warehouse and logistics practices comply with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and food safety requirements in collaboration with QHSE
• Support ERP or inventory system implementation and keep master data accurate
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the PPIC, warehouse, and logistics team

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC, warehouse, or supply chain roles in food manufacturing or FMCG, with at least 2 years in a managerial position

• Strong knowledge of production planning, MRP, inventory management, and warehouse operations
• Experience managing cold chain logistics (chilled/frozen) is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Accurate) and strong Excel/data analysis skills
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and Halal requirements for food storage and distribution
• Experience setting up a new factory, warehouse, or central kitchen is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments
