About the role

COSMOLADY is seeking a Fashion Sales Assistant to join our store team. This position is responsible for providing friendly and professional service to customers, understanding customer needs, providing suitable product recommendations, and helping achieve store sales targets.

• Key responsibilities
• Greet and serve customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Explain product information such as model, size, material, color, function, comfort, and product advantages.
• Help customers choose bra and underwear models and sizes that suit their needs.
• Actively offer and recommend products to customers.
• Help achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Operate cash register/POS and EDC machines and process cash and non-cash transactions correctly and carefully.
• Assist with receiving, checking, unloading, and organizing new stock according to procedures.
• Arrange products, shelves, and store displays to always be neat, attractive, and in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the store area.
• About you
• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Experience as a Sales Assistant, Fashion Sales Assistant, SPG, Cashier, or Retail Sales is an advantage.
• Experience working in fashion stores, women's underwear, cosmetics, or women's retail is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, communicative, honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
• Passionate about sales and able to actively offer and recommend products to customers.
• Willing to learn about bras, women's underwear, sizes, materials, functions, and customer needs.
• Able to operate computers, POS systems, and EDC machines is an advantage.
• Able to work individually and in teams.
• Customer service oriented and focused on achieving sales targets.
