About the role
Blue Dolphin Playskool is seeking a passionate and experienced Pre-School/Kindergarten Teacher to join our dynamic team in Surabaya. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our early learners, helping them develop academically, socially and emotionally.
- What you'll be doing
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that foster curiosity and a love of learning
- Implementing structured activities, play-based learning, and hands-on experiences to support children's development
- Observing and assessing children's progress, and providing individualised support as needed
- Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborating with parents and families to support each child's growth and development
- Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices
- What we're looking for
- Relevant teaching qualification in early childhood education or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with pre-school or kindergarten-aged children
- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies for young learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues
- Creativity, flexibility, and a passion for making learning fun and meaningful
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, caring, and inclusive learning environment
