About the role

Apple Tree Pre-School Cikarang is seeking a dedicated, professional, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our teaching team for the next academic year 2027/2028. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment for young learners.

• Key responsibilities
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities based on the school's curriculum and learning objectives.
• Create engaging, meaningful, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for students.
• Maintain effective classroom management and establish positive relationships with students.
• Monitor and document students' academic, social, emotional, and developmental progress.
• Communicate students' progress and relevant classroom matters professionally with parents.
• Work collaboratively with co-teachers and other school staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Participate in school events, meetings, training, and professional development programs.
• Follow school policies, procedures, and standards of teaching and student care.
• Demonstrate professionalism, responsibility, and a positive attitude in daily school activities.
• About you
• Minimum S1 in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience working in a preschool or early childhood education setting is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Patient, caring, responsible, creative, and enthusiastic when working with young learners.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good English communication skills are preferred.
• Willing to learn, receive feedback, and continuously develop professionally.
• A positive attitude and genuine interest in early childhood education.
