About the role
PT. Linchub Network Indonesia is seeking a Presales Staff who can analyse customer needs, design technical solutions, and ensure that offered solutions align with customer business requirements.
- Key responsibilities
- Analyse and map customer needs
- Design technical specifications, device topology, and solution flow according to customer requirements
- Identify problems and provide technical solutions based on company products
- Supervise installation to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements
- Conduct competitor research and analyse market trends to support product development and increase company competitiveness
- About you
- Minimum D-IV/S1 in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position
- Able to drive a car and possess an active driving licence (SIM A)
- Willing to undertake business travel or mobile work as required
