Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the preschool curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and development regularly.
• Encourage positive behavior, independence, and good manners through consistent classroom management.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s development, progress, and any concerns.
• Prepare learning materials, activities, and classroom displays.
• Support children’s emotional well-being and help resolve conflicts in a positive manner.
• Ensure children’s safety, health, and hygiene at all times.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, school events, and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• a. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• b. Experience teaching preschool or early childhood students is preferred.
• c. Strong understanding of early childhood development.
• d. Patient, caring, creative, and enthusiastic personality.
• e. Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• f. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
