Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• (A recognized Montessori Diploma/Certification is highly preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably within a Montessori, international, or bilingual school environment.
• Good English proficiency
• Deep understanding of child development, the Montessori philosophy, and child-led, hands-on learning approaches.

Excellent interpersonal skills, strong classroom management through gentle guidance, and the ability to maintain a beautifully prepared Montessori environment.

• A patient, observant, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for guiding young learners.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively within Cinnamon Montessori’s diverse and international school community.
• Willing to travel to Kelapa Gading
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
