Deskripsi pekerjaan Preschool Teacher with English Fluency Yayasan Padma Loka Wiyata (Sekolah Anak Merdeka)
PRESCHOOL TEACHER
- Interview will be conducted in English.
- We welcome candidates with English major background who bring creativity to the classroom through one or more of the following areas:
- Dance, Singing, or Storytelling/Public Speaking
- Digital Content Creation (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Social Media Content)
- Hands-on Learning Activities and Interactive Teaching Methods
Basic Requirements
- Fresh graduate until 26 years old (single preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in English Education. If you have a degree in another field, you must demonstrate strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Competence in applying technology to enhance teaching and learning. Possess computing and design skills highly accepted
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience at primary/preschool level (preferred).
- Passionate about teaching and genuinely enjoys working with children.
- Demonstrated teaching competencies: Classroom management, Lesson planning, Assessment tools, Familiarity with differentiated instruction, Creativity in teaching approaches
- Desirable Skills & Qualities
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- A collaborative team player who is hardworking, resilient, and innovative.
- Additional talents such as playing a musical instrument, dancing, singing, storytelling, etc. are highly appreciated.
