Preventive Health Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Preventive Health Intern to support the execution of Medical Check-Up (MCU) programs, coordinate with healthcare providers, manage administrative activities, and assist clients throughout preventive health initiatives.

• Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate MCU program activities with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders.
• Support onsite client MCU events and operational processes.
• Manage administrative tasks, documentation, and participant data.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support through communication channels.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel.
• Analyze data, identify issues, and propose practical solutions to improve operations.
• Final-year undergraduate student or fresh graduate from any major.
• Available for a 6-month internship.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, vlookup/xlookup).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presence and comfortable interacting directly with clients.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Active involvement in university organizations is a plus.
