is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machines, production aids, and testing equipment to support efficient, safe, and productive manufacturing processes, while ensuring that all developments meet quality standards and operational requirements.
Job Description
- Design, develop, and modify machines, production aids, and testing equipment
- to improve manufacturing efficiency and support Tech Innovation initiatives.
- Design and develop
- testing equipment
- based on the requirements of the Tech Innovation team to support product validation and development processes.
- Prepare technical drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and technical documentation
- as references for the fabrication, assembly, and implementation of machines or equipment.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team
- in the development, implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of machines and equipment.
- Ensure that all developed machines and equipment
- function properly, meet safety and quality standards, and contribute to operational efficiency improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in
- Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering
- , or a related field.
- Minimum
- 1–2 years of experience
- in process engineering, machine design, automation, or manufacturing engineering.
- Proficient in
- SolidWorks
- or other 3D CAD software for machine and equipment design.
- Able to create and interpret
- technical drawings, BOM, and engineering documentation
- Experience in designing, developing, modifying, or troubleshooting
- machines, production fixtures, jigs, or testing equipment
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and hands-on skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and production teams.
Portfolio of previous machine, fixture, automation, or equipment design projects is required and should be submitted together with the application.
