Job Description
Develop and review process design deliverables, including Process Design Basis, Heat & Material Balance, PFDs, P&IDs, and process datasheets.
- Perform process simulations, calculations, and optimization studies.
- Ensure compliance with process safety requirements and engineering standards.
- Support HAZOP, SIL, and other safety studies as required.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Provide technical support during project execution, commissioning, and start-up activities.
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Refinery, or Industrial Process Facilities.
- Proficiency in Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or equivalent process simulation software.
- Strong understanding of process safety and engineering standards.
- Experience in FEED and Detailed Engineering projects is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English both verbal and written
