Lihat data gaji selengkapnya →is responsible for mining procurement management, covering procurement of mining equipment, spare parts, MRO consumables, infrastructure materials, fuel, transportation services, etc., to guarantee material supply for continuous mining production.
Key responsibilities
Implement tendering procedures and the supplier access / evaluation / elimination system in accordance with procurement management policies; enforce group requirements on ESG, anti-forced labor and procurement compliance, and mitigate integrity risks.
Source, evaluate and maintain local Indonesian suppliers; participate in commercial negotiation, pricing and contract review for bulk materials and equipment framework agreements, continuously cut costs and control delivery & quality risks.
Monitor market trends and formulate procurement strategies based on the procurement budget; organize tendering, quotation comparison and negotiation, and review high-value purchase orders and contracts.
Coordinate cross-functional teams: liaise with mining production, equipment, warehouse, finance and legal teams, follow up delivery, goods acceptance, reconciliation and payment, and handle supply disruptions and quality claims.
Assist the supply chain lead in daily team work allocation, collaboration and performance appraisal; manage procurement ledgers and documents, conduct procurement data analysis and prepare monthly procurement review reports.
Be familiar with Indonesia's local labor regulations, taxation, BPJS, import & export customs clearance and relevant procurement compliance requirements; identify supply chain risks (local logistics, policy and foreign exchange risks).
Fluent in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading and writing, mandatory requirement); proficient in Bahasa Indonesia for business communication; English as a plus.

Minimum 5 years of procurement management experience in mining / smelting industry, familiar with procurement of mining MRO, construction machinery spare parts, fuel and infrastructure materials.
Capable of supplier development, tendering, contract negotiation and cost analysis; familiar with Indonesia local market and supplier ecosystem.
Proficient in the full procurement cycle, procurement compliance, ESG and supply chain risk management; with team management experience and able to lead a procurement team of 2–4 members.
Accept on-site residency at mining site and business trips to mine areas; strong stress tolerance, familiar with operation model of Chinese-invested mining parks.
Skilled in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred); able to independently prepare procurement reports and contract documents.
