Job Description
- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Adjust the specifications of goods or services needed by the project
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Maintain update records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Following-up vendor regarding with delivery of goods and services
- Reviewing the local market price and availability
- Maintain communication to customer, sub suppliers, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders
- Up-dating the database of supplier (e.g vendors, quantities, prices, Vendor)
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree.
- Having minimum 3 years relevant work experiences in the same position and Interior Industry.
- Good communication, leadership, negotiation skill, ERP, Vendor Management.
- Detail, honest and capable of building relationships across the organization with internal users.
