Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Spot Buy team in processing and tracking purchase requests.
- Assist in sourcing products and obtaining quotations from suppliers.
- Compare supplier quotations and prepare basic price comparisons.
- Maintain procurement-related records and documentation.
- Follow up on purchase requests and support daily operational coordination.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth spot buy operations.
Kualifikasi
- Undergraduate student with no active classes or Fresh Graduate from
- Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management
- , or related majors.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Analytical and eager to learn operational processes.
- Available to work full-time from office (Monday–Friday, 08.30–17.30)
- Available to commit to a 1-month internship.
- Available to join ASAP
