Deskripsi pekerjaan Procurement Staff ( Freight Forwarding ) PT. Yossava Trans Logistik
Responsibilities and Duties
- Sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
- Coordinating logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, to optimise efficiency
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and priorities.
- Assess vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline procurement and logistics processes and implementing continuous improvements
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, budget constraints, and legal regulations
- Produce weekly inbound and outbound report
Qualifications
- Education D3/S1 related major
- Experience at least 1-2 years experience in Procurement is preferable
- Having good communication skill in English ( oral & written )
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem - solving abilities
- Communicative and able to work or cooperate as a member of teamwork
