Our expanded portfolio includes some of the biggest titles in mobile gaming, collectively reaching top chart positions around the world and engaging over 25 million daily active users.
Ludios takes its name from the Latin, it means "The Game People". Led by Eyal, one of the co-founders of Tripledot Studios, and some of the most experienced people in mobile games, we are a studio that makes and publishes our own casual, free-to-play mobile games. Our team is based across APAC, with the majority of our development happening in Jakarta and Melbourne. We are data-driven, creative, and genuinely passionate about the industry we work in. Right now, we are working on a number of exciting projects, including one built around a globally recognised IP, alongside several original titles we are equally excited about. If crafting games and reaching millions of players is what gets you out of bed, we would love to hear from you.
Role Overview
Overseeing a highly profitable portfolio of established mobile games, this role will manage the long-term sustainability and commercial lifespan of our scaled legacy titles. Instead of building new games from scratch, you will focus on operational excellence, data-driven optimizations, and continuous value creation to elongate the life of these profitable products.
You’ll use real-time data, industry trends, and strong analytical thinking to help drive product decisions. You’ll refine ideas through experimentation and iteration, using data to validate hypotheses and uncover opportunities to improve game performance.
In this role, you’ll dive deep into large-scale player data to understand behavior, identify patterns, and influence product direction. You’ll develop a strong grasp of key product KPIs and player journeys, and use data to drive meaningful impact.
Strong academic background in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or similar) and demonstrated hands-on experience with data (projects, internships, etc.)
