- Background and Justification
- We are looking for a professional to lead both screen planning and UI/UX design as part of strengthening the securities service capabilities of our IT Division's digital product organization. This is a full-cycle position where you will take ownership of the entire process from planning to design.
- Contract Period: 7 months (conversion to permanent position to be reviewed based on performance)
- Key Responsibilities
- a) Screen Planning & Specification (Product Planning)
- Create screen specification documents (Figma wireframes / storyboards) based on securities service requirement
- Define business processes and coordinate feature scope with the development team
- b) UI/UX Design & Design Guidelines (Design)
- Design securities service UI/UX screens for mobile and desktop environments using Figma
- Build a component- and variable-based design system (with dark/light mode support)
- Produce handoff guidelines for the front-end development team and conduct design QA
- c) Common
- Streamline planning/design processes using AI tools and manage deliverable documentation
- Qualifications
- a) Required
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in service planning (screen design) or UI/UX design
- Proven experience building Figma-based design systems (components, variables/tokens)
- Ability to actively leverage AI tools across planning and design workflows
- Portfolio submission required (must include planning deliverables and UI design work)
- b) Preferred
- Experience in service planning and UI design within the securities or financial domain
- Experience in planning or designing securities MTS/HTS services
- Experience designing screens with complex data structures, charts, and dashboards
- Strong understanding of mobile platform guidelines (Apple HIG / Material Design)
- Strong track record of managing schedules and deliverables within fixed timelines
