Job Description
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Developing product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
- Collaborating with design and engineering teams to create product concepts and prototypes.
- Preparing cost analysis when developing a new product
- Presenting new ideas/opportunities to executives
- Ensuring every step of the product development process proceeds as planned
Requirements
Bachelor Degree (S-1) with major Engineering (Mechanical, Electro, Material Science, Chemicals), Computers, Business, Marketing, or other relevant fields
Minimum 2 years of work experience in Home Appliances or Plastic Houseware Industry with similar position or 5 years experience as a Supervisor
- Deep understanding about manufacturing process
- Familiarity with market research, development processes and cost analysis
- Experience in project management, including planning, research, execution, and reporting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Have a good leadership
- Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo, East Java
