Our company was established since 50 years ago, with 1.000 employees and our business is in manufacturing, selling, marketing, distributing & trading of pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, baby products and chemical ingredients/raw materials products. We have several branch offices in all big cities throughout Indonesia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare monthly closing reports and closing summaries by product sector.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure import products are available for ordering.
• Set product selling prices on the web price list to achieve a minimum Gross Profit (GP) of 10%.
• Consult with the Sales Manager, Product Manager, and Business Unit Manager regarding special price approvals.
• Develop new products and projects (involving both local and import sourcing).
• Approve Purchase Requisitions (PR) and monitor product inventory levels.
• Allocate products based on the monthly Rolling Forecast (ROFO) for each depot.
• Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement team to track the arrival of goods.
• Conduct training for new sales staff and monthly training for the entire sales team.

Meet with suppliers and assist the import purchasing team in sourcing products; provide necessary supporting documentation to the sales team.

• Handle product-related issues involving branches and import suppliers regarding the quality of imported products.
• Handle product-related issues involving branches and local suppliers/local procurement teams regarding the quality of local products.
• Prepare the annual marketing budget for the sector.
• Provide samples and documentation to fulfill branch requests.
• Ensure national product margins remain aligned with company’s policies.

Collaborate with the Procurement, Finance, IT, and Operations divisions, as well as all branch depots (SAS, BM), on activities related to the commercialization of the products.

• Take minutes and distribute the Minutes of Meeting (MOM) to the team and the Board of Directors (BOD) following every supplier meeting.
• Analyze price trends in the market and among suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Min. Bachelor Degree from Food Tech, Pharmacy, Apoteker or other.
• Minimum 5 year experience with Food industry, FMCG Fast Moving Consumer Goods, distribution industry, pharmaceutical company.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
• Ability to identify, prioritize and adjust to multiple needs.
• Must possess excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Integrity, honest, credible.
