- The
- Product Innovation Ddevlopment Supervisor
at Hegemoni Group (Brighty Official, Jiera, Ciara, 2H) is a contract, on-site role based in Bekasi. This position oversees daily PID operations, ensuring procedures are followed accurately and efficiently, and that all documentation is completed according to internal standards and regulatory requirements. The PID Supervisor coordinates work schedules, assigns tasks, and monitors team performance, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve productivity and quality targets. The role also involves reviewing and validating process data, preparing reports for management, identifying process issues, and implementing improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The PID Supervisor maintains a safe and orderly work environment, supports audits and inspections, and communicates clearly with stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of working experience in Product Development within the Beauty, Personal Care, or Cosmetic industry.
- Proven track record in managing product launches from concept development to mass production.
- Strong technical knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation, packaging material, and BPOM / Halal regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated supervisory or project leadership capabilities with strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Passionate about beauty trends, innovative textures, active ingredients, and consumer behavior.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead end-to-end product development projects from ideation, formulation, packaging selection, to commercialization.
- Analyze beauty market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to translate them into actionable product concepts.
- Coordinate and review formulation, packaging stability test, and product efficacy testing with R&D, OEM/ODM partners, and suppliers.
Manage project timelines, workflow execution, and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain.
- Ensure product compliance with BPOM regulations, Halal certification, and technical registration documentation.
- Guide and support PID Staff in daily execution, insight generation, and technical product knowledge creation.
