Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in Digital Banking / Corporate Banking / Transaction Banking.
- Strong understanding of Product Backlog Management, including Epic, Feature, User Story, Acceptance Criteria, and Definition of Ready (DoR).
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum practices, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
- Strong ability in Requirement Analysis and translating business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
- Experienced in stakeholder management, negotiation, prioritization, and managing different business/IT expectations.
- Have a good understanding of Digital Banking / Corporate Banking, particularly transaction or payment processes.
- Understand basic API / system integration concepts and able to communicate effectively with technical/development teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite in Alam Sutra, Tangerang.
Preferred
- Experience handling products/features related to Corporate Banking or Transaction Banking.
- Experience working with financial transaction, payment, or approval workflows.
