As a Product Owner for Internal Applications, you will own the systems—from billing to internal ticketing—that power our business operations. You will act as the vital bridge between internal stakeholders and engineering to ensure our systems accurately reflect real-world workflows.

- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet the actual needs of our internal users before release.
- Maintain precise documentation of requirements and decisions to ensure long-term system maintainability and traceability.

Kualifikasi
What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements)
- Minimum 2+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Operations Analyst handling internal products.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with systems supporting finance, operations, billing, or workflow tools.
- Strong ability to define clear requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria, with a high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with system integration concepts (APIs, data flows) to facilitate

- technical discussions.
- Proficient in Jira or similar tools for backlog management and sprint tracking.
- Solid logical thinking with the
