Responsibility
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals and customer needs.
- Act as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team, translating business requirements into actionable user stories.
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product increments on time.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve features to maximize value.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, or Product Manager in software/product development.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance business priorities and technical constraints.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to release.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with API, ERP, or system integration is a plus.
