Product Planning Assistant Manager

Job Description

• Planning and implementation the entire product lifecycle.
• Conduct product competition analysis and market research.
• Develop market and product segmentation strategies.
• Analyze sales potential and opportunities.
• Lead market and product surveys.
• Collaborate with Sales and After-Sales teams to support business goals.
• Ensure media strategies are aligned with principals and local market needs.
• Oversee budget planning and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Job Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive, hospitality, or lifestyle industries; experience in the premium automotive industry is highly preferred.

• Strong product knowledge, including SNI implementation and vehicle testing (SUT, SRUT, Homologation).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong leadership with experience in managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven track record of working with external agencies.
• Own a valid driver’s license A.
