This is an exciting opportunity to take real ownership of the technology behind products our users rely on every day. You’ll work across meaningful product areas, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and gain direct exposure to the product and business behind what you build.
If you want to build beyond the ticket, understand the bigger picture, and play a meaningful role in shaping what gets built, this could be an exciting next step in your engineering journey.
What You’ll Get
Room to grow. Backend, frontend, infrastructure, and AI are all within reach. Take on what interests you, expand your technical scope, and learn with support from a Tech Lead who invests in your development.
Own something meaningful. Own product areas end-to-end ; from design and code to release and production — rather than just a small piece of someone else’s roadmap.
See your work make an impact. Work close to the people using what you build and see your features go from idea to production without unnecessary layers in between.
Build with AI. AI coding assistants are part of how we work, from scoping and building to testing and reviewing. You’ll have the opportunity to learn how to use them effectively while developing the judgment to know when to challenge their output
Leverage AI coding tools throughout your development workflow, from exploring solutions and writing code to testing and reviewing, while using your own judgment to validate the output.
Contribute to AI-powered product features, including working with LLMs to explore new ways to improve the learning experience.
Keep improving what you build, whether that means debugging production issues, improving performance, or finding better ways to build and ship.

Comfort working with relational databases, and an understanding of how data flows through an application.
Some frontend experience with an interest in working across the stack. We use React and TypeScript, with a primary focus on backend development
A strong sense of ownership. You’ve built and shipped something you’re proud of, and you care about what happens after it goes live.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new parts of the stack, infrastructure, observability, AI, or product, rather than staying within a fixed technical scope.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
