About the role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Specialist based in Bali, Indonesia. As a Product Specialist, you will engage with clients to provide product information, address inquiries, and offer excellent customer service. You will support sales efforts by promoting and demonstrating products, conducting market research, and analyzing client needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth.

• Key responsibilities
• Present aesthetic products professionally at exhibitions and clinics
• Demonstrate product strengths over competitors
• Grow the brand in the Indonesian market
• Meet or exceed sales quotas
• Present products clearly to customers
• Coordinate product training for prospective new doctors
• Post-sales follow-up with doctors and build rapport with existing customers and seek new ones
• Update new products
• Establish new relationships with doctors or clinics
• Involve doctors in webinars, workshops, and seminars
• About you
• Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
• Previous experience in aesthetic sales or cosmetic product sales
• Ability to work independently
• Able to work under pressure with sales targets
• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle
