POSITION: PRODUCT TRAINER – HOME APPLIANCES & AUDIO VISUAL
Job Description / Responsibilities
Develop and deliver product training sessions for sales teams, promoters, dealers, and retail partners regarding Home Appliances and Audio Visual products.
Provide comprehensive product knowledge, including features, specifications, benefits, functions, and product comparisons.
Explain product technologies, selling points, and competitive advantages to improve the sales team's product understanding.
Develop training materials, presentations, product guides, and learning modules to support training activities.
Conduct product demonstrations and practical training sessions to enhance participants' understanding of product functionality.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and field performance observations.
Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams to ensure training content aligns with product updates and business objectives.
Provide regular updates on new product launches, product innovations, and market trends.
Support sales teams in improving product presentation, customer engagement, and selling techniques.
Prepare training reports, attendance records, and evaluation results for management review.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Education, Communication, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Product Trainer, Sales Trainer, Retail Trainer, or in a similar position.
Experience in the Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, or Audio Visual industry is highly preferred.

Good understanding of Home Appliances products, such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, vacuum cleaners, and other household electronics.
Good understanding of Audio Visual products, including televisions, monitors, soundbars, and home entertainment systems.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to deliver training sessions and presentations in English.
Able to develop engaging training materials and deliver product demonstrations effectively.
Strong coaching, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to conduct training sessions and visit retail stores or dealer locations as required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Skills
Experience training sales promoters, retail sales teams, or dealer representatives.
Familiarity with product launches, retail operations, and consumer electronics market trends.
Ability to simplify technical product information into easy-to-understand explanations.
Experience conducting both classroom and on-the-job training.
