Location
- Production facility: Kutuh, Bukit, Bali
- Site visits: various locations across Bali and Lombok
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate furniture and fitout projects from production to installation.
- Visit customer sites to inspect, assess and determine materials and measurements for furniture and fitouts.
- Continually perform thorough quality control checks, report and coordinate final fixes and finishes.
- Communicate with expatriate clients and project stakeholders in basic/intermediate English when required.
- Work closely with the production team to align technical requirements with project goals.
- Lead and motivate workers at the production facility and on project sites to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain safety standards and enforce discipline on-site.
- Provide guidance and technical support during production and fitout installation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Male, preferably over 40 years old, with strong professional presence and authority.
- Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in furniture and fitouts production quality control.
- Hands-on approach with strong technical knowledge of furniture and fitout production processes.
- First-hand experience in furniture-making.
- Ability to communicate in sufficient English for expat client interaction.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to command respect and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic, discipline, and commitment to project deadlines.
- Bonus: Ability to make basic updates in Sketchup and update internal spreadsheets.
