WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE

• Support the Production Manager in coordinating daily factory operations
• Monitor KPIs, production performance, and project progress to ensure alignment with company goals
• Work cross-functionally to solve problems, improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
• Support or lead improvement projects related to operational excellence, process optimization, and digitalization
• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for leadership decision-making
• Act as a communication bridge between the Factory Director and internal/external stakeholders, including translation support when needed

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and execution skills
• High adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Leadership ambition with the desire to grow into a future management role
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Manufacturing, Merchandising, IE, Planning, QA, Project management, or Assistant roles in factory environments
• Understanding of garment, textile, or headwear manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with Lean, continuous improvement, or data analysis tools is a strong advantage
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets / reporting skills are a plus
