Position             :  Production Engineer

Spesification    

• Candidate must possess in Bachelor Degree or in Chemical Engineering, or related.
• At least 5 year(s) working experience in refinery/ palm oil or releted.
• Willing to be located in Belitung Timur, Bangka Belitung.

Job Description

a)     Monitor and refine operations such as degumming, bleaching, and deodorization to maximize throughput, minimize oil loss, and optimize energy/chemical consumption.

b)    Troubleshoot process anomalies, collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams, and ensure end products meet exact customer and industry specifications.

c)     Manage shift rosters, direct plant operators/technicians, and evaluate workforce skills gaps to coordinate training and build a culture of operational excellence.

d)    Work with the maintenance team to execute preventive/corrective maintenance and safely manage equipment like compressors, boilers, and vacuum systems.

e)     Enforce safety and health regulations, maintain environmental standards, and ensure the facility adheres to strict certifications like ISO, GMP, HACCP, and RSPO.
