Production Engineering

Design, manage, and optimize manufacturing processes.

Ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective production by minimizing waste, monitoring product quality, and troubleshooting technical issues in the factory.

• Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering (minimum GPA of 3.30).
• Min. 1-2 years of working experience or internship in the same field.
• Have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, industrial automation systems, and Karakuri automation

Strong understanding of the LPDC (Low Pressure Die Casting) process, including jig and fixture fabrication/modification, time study, defect analysis, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/HSE) implementation.

• Have ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (blueprints) and perform installation and setup of new machinery.
• Proficient in engineering drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD or equivalent)
• Willing to be placed in Serpong- Tangerang.
