Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure operations run efficiently and in accordance with the production plan.
- Assign and coordinate daily tasks for production operators and workers based on workload and operational priorities.
- Ensure production output meets established Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) standards.
- Monitor workforce discipline, attendance, and productivity within the assigned production team.
- Prepare daily reports related to production output, manpower attendance, and raw material usage.
- Identify and promptly report technical or operational issues occurring in the production line.
- Ensure strict implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE/K3) standards in the work area.
- Provide direct guidance and supervision to production workers in handling minor operational or technical issues on the shop floor.
- Support onboarding and training of new workers within the production line.
- Coordinate closely with Maintenance and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related technical fields. Candidates with extensive relevant experience may also be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Foreman in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in recycling, waste processing, material recovery, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Proven experience supervising a production team of at least 10 workers in a factory or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflow, and shop floor operations.
- Basic knowledge of production machinery operation and minor equipment troubleshooting.
- Ability to prepare daily production reports, manpower attendance records, and operational documentation.
- Capable of reading production schedules and allocating manpower effectively to meet operational targets.
- Good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (HSE/K3) practices in manufacturing environments.
- Strong leadership, discipline, and team supervision skills to manage production workers effectively.
- Good communication and coordination skills, particularly with maintenance, warehouse, and production teams.
- Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to operational issues on the production floor.
- Physically fit and able to work in an industrial production environment.
- Willing to work onsite at the factory in Cikupa, Tangerang, including shift schedules and overtime when required.
