- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

to oversee our machining production operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise in CAD/CAM software, CNC programming, and cutting strategies, alongside proven leadership capabilities in a machinery manufacturing environment.

Education

Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- in machinery manufacturing processes
- Proven experience as a
- Leader / Supervisor
- in machining production
Technical Skills
- Proficient in
- CAD/CAM software
- , specifically
- PowerShape, PowerMill, Esprit, and Aspire
- Expert knowledge of
- CNC Programming systems
- Advanced mastery of
- cutting strategies, tooling, and jig & fixture
- design/application for CNC machines
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end machinery production
Soft Skills & Language
- Fluent or highly proficient in
- English
- (active communication preferred)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-management skills
