Requirements
- A Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Min 5 - 7 years of experience working in slitting film process (BOPET / BOPP), with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or in-charge role
- Experienced in handling troubleshooting during Power Failure, Plant Startup, and Shutdown
- Able to communicate in English
- Used to working in a team and capable of leading a team
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure
Job Description
- Responsible for supervising the Slitting operation to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with production schedules.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily slitting activities to achieve production targets and customer requirements.
Ensure proper machine setup, changeover, and operation in accordance with production specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with related department
- Ensure implementation of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards during the shift
- Ensure implementation of 5S practices during the shift
- Monitor and verify the completion of log sheets
- Perform analysis and determine appropriate actions in case of quality or process deviations
