About the Role

We are looking for a Production Support (Medium Level) professional to support the operations of the SalesHub POS application. The successful candidate will be responsible for application support, issue analysis, and problem resolution in the production environment, while working closely with business users and technical teams.

Job Description

The Production Support role is responsible for providing application support, issue analysis, and problem resolution for the SalesHub POS application. The resource will support daily production operations, handle incidents and service requests, and coordinate with business users and technical teams to ensure application stability.

• Key Responsibilities
• Handle, analyze, and resolve production incident tickets reported by business users.
• Support service requests, including data inquiry, data extraction, reporting, validation, and ad-hoc requests.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and support the implementation of permanent fixes.
• Monitor application health check activities on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with business users and internal teams to ensure issues and requests are completed properly.
• Provide progress updates to users until issues or requests are resolved.
• Support planned validation activities during weekends or night deployments when required.

• General Qualifications
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Production Support / Application Support roles.
• Solid understanding of incident and service request management (e.g., ITIL practices, Jira/ServiceNow).
• Hands-on experience with the Java/Spring Boot backend stack and React-based frontend.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with non-technical business users.
• Willing to be on standby/on-call for weekend or night deployments when required.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, especially for root cause analysis of recurring issues.
