• We are looking for an experienced
• Project Leader
• who can lead the overall project management process and ensure the achievement of
• Time, Quality, and Cost
• targets in line with the company’s objectives.
• What You’ll Lead
• End-to-end project development & construction execution
• Project timeline, quality, budget & cost control
• Leadership & coordination of project team, contractor and consultant
• Project problem solving, risk management & decision making
• Coordination with Management/BOD, government, community and key stakeholders
• Project completion hingga handover kepada Property Management.
• What We’re Looking For
• S1 Civil Engineering / Architecture
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Project / Construction / Property Development
• Proven experience in leading project teams
• Strong in Project Management, Budgeting, Cost Control & Risk Management
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication & decision-making
• Assertive, accountable, collaborative and result-oriented.
