Currently, we are working with a U.S.-based AI developer on a pilot project that provides real-time safety coaching for kitchen personnel and continuous guidance on hygiene and food-handling practices to prevent contamination and ensure food quality.

LOCATION

Surabaya area (Flexible / Remote. The employee has the flexibility to work from their preferred location, with occasional travel required to the pilot project site in Pasuruan, East Java)

SUPERVISOR/MANAGER

Project Director

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and track day-to-day procurement and sourcing workflows, managing Requests for Quotation (RFQs) with external suppliers.

Review incoming vendor proposals against technical documentation and equipment checklists to ensure absolute conformity with baseline engineering specifications.

Manage project administrative files, maintaining meticulous, up-to-date hardware registries, documentation trees, and milestone logs.

Assist in reviewing, refining, and documenting facility Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational workflows are detailed, objective, and precise enough to be successfully integrated into programmatic logic.

Act as a dependable communication link between international technology partners, management, and localized installation contractors to keep timelines moving forward.

Conduct periodic site visits to the pilot facility in the Pasuruan region to cross-reference physical deployment and progress against the project schedule.

Perform other related project tasks as directed by the Project Director.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology is preferred. Degrees Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related functional discipline are also welcome.

Strong, high-potential fresh graduates with verifiable project internship experience are welcome to apply.

Experience

1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in project coordination, procurement tracking, technical administration, or operational support roles.

Skills

• Outstanding organizational abilities, high attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward learning new technical frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage diverse stakeholders and maintain collaborative momentum.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with English being a plus (essential for coordinating with overseas counterparts).

Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet management (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets) for data tracking and review.

PERFORMANCE GOALS

Ensure the successful, high-quality execution of the pilot project strictly on time and within the established budget.

Maintain a high level of communication, professional alignment, and satisfaction among all major project stakeholders throughout the contract duration.

• Review and process vendor RFQ responses swiftly, ensuring no procurement bottlenecks delay the implementation schedule.
• Ensure all operational SOP documents are updated and formatted to the required level of technical precision on schedule.
