Project Coordinator

Tanggung Jawab

Review and develop layout plans, construction drawings, and budgets to ensure project feasibility and cost efficiency for brand Executive , Colorbox , Etcetera, Wood, Wrangler and Jenahara.

Coordinate with internal teams (Store Design, Business Development, Brand, Opperational, Procurement) and external vendors to support project planning and readiness.

• Ensure a smooth handover process through joint inspections and accurate final documentation.
• Maintain organized project documentation weekly for internal updates.
• Complete defect work so that the store opening runs on time/faster
• Supervise retail store construction, conduct quality and safety inspections, and ensure timely defect rectification.
• Prepare job tenders / Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for contractor selection and job allocation to vendors (backwall / loose fixtures)

Kualifikasi

Requirements

Educational Background

A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Experience

At least 1 years of proven track record in a construction company with deep knowledge of store fit-out projects in the retail fashion industry.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, BQ, Computer literacy and familiarity with project management software.

Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements. Location Based in Tangerang.
