Requirements
Min Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering
Min 2-4 year working experiences as project engineer/project officer/project management or project planning, especially in manufacturing company
- Has experiences in handle maintenance & equipment/utility plant
- Good understanding of technical drawing related to construction, mechanical & electrical are required
- Familiar with Engineering & Project Software (AutoCAD, SAP Project, Ms. Project) is advantage
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good English skills (spoken and written)
- Good communication & negotiation skill
- Strong monitoring process and follow up

Job Descriptions
Planning & Organization
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules (Gantt charts, milestones, critical path).
- Resource allocation and workload balancing.
- Risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning.
Execution & Control
- Monitor project progress against KPIs (time, cost, quality).
- Manage changes in scope, budget, or schedule.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, or quality standards.
Financial & Commercial Acumen
- Budgeting, cost estimation, Business case development and financial tracking.
- Understanding contracts, procurement, and vendor management.
- Value engineering—balancing cost, quality, and time.
Communication
- Clear, concise reporting to stakeholders and executives.
