is a construction company specializing in waterproofing solutions, providing inspection, repair, and waterproofing services for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum
- 2–3 years of experience
- in construction, waterproofing, building maintenance, or a related field.
- Experience conducting site surveys and technical inspections.
- Able to identify construction defects, leakage issues, structural conditions, and recommend appropriate repair or waterproofing solutions.
- Knowledge of waterproofing systems, construction materials, and application methods is highly preferred.
- Able to prepare quantity take-offs (QTO), material calculations, and project cost estimates based on site measurements and drawings.
- Familiar with reading technical drawings, BOQ, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of construction methods and preparation of Method Statements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel and conduct site visits as required.
Job Description
- Conduct site surveys to assess existing conditions and identify project requirements.
- Analyze site conditions and recommend the most suitable construction or waterproofing system based on technical requirements.
- Take accurate site measurements and collect data from drawings, mapping, and on-site inspections.
- Prepare quantity take-offs (QTO), material calculations, and preliminary cost estimates.
- Develop Method Statements and technical proposals for project execution.
- Coordinate with the Marketing/Sales team by providing technical recommendations and estimation data for customer quotations.
- Work closely with the Project team to ensure proposed methods are practical and executable.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQ to ensure estimate accuracy.
- Assist in technical presentations, client meetings, and pre-construction discussions when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of survey reports, calculations, and technical recommendations.
