• Project Leader - ERP Software

that plays a critical role in driving the successful implementation and management of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solutions. As Project Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing complex ERP projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering results on time and within budget. This leadership position is essential to our company's digital transformation strategy and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end ERP software implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery against defined timelines, budgets and quality standards

• Experience in Finacial Module Implementation is a must ( GL/AP/AR/CashBook Modules )
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management and change control strategies

Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams including IT specialists, business analysts, system administrators and end-users throughout the project lifecycle

Establish clear project objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics aligned with organisational goals

Conduct stakeholder management activities, including regular communication, status updates and issue resolution with senior leadership and key business units

• Identify and mitigate project risks, manage dependencies and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum
• Oversee system configuration, testing, training and go-live activities to ensure smooth transition and user adoption
• Monitor project progress and performance, producing detailed reports and dashboards for management review
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide post-implementation support to ensure sustained success
• What we're looking for
• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years leading ERP software implementation projects
• Experience in Finacial Module Implementation is a must ( GL/AP/AR/CashBook Modules )
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and software solutions, including understanding of business processes and system integration requirements
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams
• Advanced stakeholder management capabilities with strong communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyse complex requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
• Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
• Preferred experience in the property or real estate technology sector
