About the Role
You will work closely with the Indonesia Country Manager to support business operations and growth. Youll combine hands-on operational execution, reporting, cross-functional coordination, and strategic project support.
Responsibilities
- Own business reporting, weekly reviews, lead tracking, headcount, pacing, and performance metrics.
- Track SDR/field operations, hours, device utilization, and targets across business lines.
- Coordinate with HR, Legal, Logistics, and other teams to resolve operational blockers.
- Improve processes, playbooks, onboarding guides, and internal documentation.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning and data gathering through execution.
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support hiring, org planning, and onboarding during the companys growth stage.
Requirements
3-5 years in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy/Consulting, or Chief of Staff adjacent roles; startup/high-growth experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Strong written communication and ability to summarize business information clearly.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, KPIs, headcount, pacing, and operational data.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
- Familiarity with AI, no-code, or automation tools is a plus.
