Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of assigned projects within the agreed timeline, budget, and scope.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and implementation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT, HR, external consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Manage construction, fit-out, renovation, and facility development activities to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely project completion.
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQ, and technical documentation to ensure project feasibility and execution quality.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, variation orders, and financial reporting.
- Conduct regular project meetings, site visits, and progress reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout project implementation.
- Coordinate project testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out documentation.
- Prepare regular project status reports and present updates to management.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Construction Management, or New Store Opening projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple construction or fit-out projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, contractor management, and project execution.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, BOQ, project costing, and procurement processes.
- Experience working with contractors, consultants, landlords, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, or other project management tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to travel to project locations as required.
- Available to work on a project-based contract.
